Basic welding process specification
一. Preparation before welding:
1: The operator needs to go through special theoretical learning and practical training, get a job certificate, can be engaged in welding, cutting work.
2: Check whether the drawings are correct and complete, carefully study the drawings, formulate the electrode used, welding parameters and welding sequence.
3: Check whether the material is complete and the size meets the requirements of the drawing.
4: Check whether there are oil and other explosive products within 10 meters of the welding site.
5: Check whether the welder’s power cord, lead line and connection point are good before work.
二: The operator must abide by the safe operation procedures.
1: It is strictly prohibited to insert filler in the weld gap.
2: The workpiece is placed in the flat welding position as far as possible for welding.
3: Before welding, dry the electrode according to the electrode instructions.
4: In the welding process, welding is carried out in strict accordance with the welding methods and parameters determined by welding process evaluation.
5: welding groove should meet the requirements of the drawing, keep smooth, no cracks, delamination, slag and other defects.
6: The welding must be carried out under the conditions of wind speed, humidity and temperature in the welding environment.
7: After welding, the welder should mark the code 50mm away from the end of the weld.
8: It is appropriate to control welding deformation by adjusting welding process parameters, but also by reverse deformation, rigid fixation and other methods.
9: Welding defects affecting the quality of galvanizing should be milled or repaired before assembly, and the welds repaired should be kept smooth and excessive with the original welds.
三: The end of welding appearance quality inspection. General use of inspection ruler, magnifying glass and other utensils with visual inspection, if necessary, surface detection can be carried out. Through flaw detection, problems existing in the tested object can be found in time. If problems are detected, timely remedial measures can be taken.
